1. Returns Eligibility

We accept return requests within 7 days of successful delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be returned in original packaging
  • Not be washed, altered, or damaged by the customer

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos for verification.

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.

4. Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
